“How to use your privilege to create more equality in the world”
I will answer this by sharing my story of starting the 22STARS Foundation, which empowers families in Uganda. I will guide you through 4 key areas that play a huge role in achieving equality.
Stella Airoldi has a background in international law and worked for several organisations, before starting the 22STARS social business in 2013 and the 22STARS Foundation in 2017 with her Ugandan friends Aidah Wafula and Susan Laker: sending now more than 450 kids to school in Uganda and empowering their families with sustainable projects. The 22STARS team works foremost remote, with local project leaders on the ground in Uganda within the communities. Stella has been part of the Digital Nomad community since the end of 2014 and has spoken at several conferences before.
